Nikki joined Peak City Puppy in 2019 as a way to get some exercise along with experiencing the joy of seeing a dog greet her. Born and raised in Michigan, she studied social science at Michigan Technology University, then lived in Poughkeepsie for 13 years before relocating to North Carolina in 2012. Nikki is still married to her high school sweetheart of 20 years and together they have two teenagers and a rescue mix named Willow.
