Miranda has grown up loving dogs and being around them all her life. She currently has six wonderful dogs in her life: four labs, a Plott Hound and a Rat Terrier. Miranda loves to go camping and to be outdoors in her free time. She is currently attending school, so she feels very lucky to have the opportunity to work with Peak City Puppy; where she can spend time with animals, while still focusing on school.

Heather L. is originally from England and relocated to the U.S. with her husband and children almost 30 years ago. Heather and her family have always had dogs and currently have two 12-year old foster failures, as well as an energetic pup who is almost 2. Prior to joining PEAK CITY PUPPY, Heather had a career in the mental health field and later transitioned into redesigning and remodeling homes for people with disabilities.

Nikki joined Peak City Puppy in 2019 as a way to get some exercise along with experiencing the joy of seeing a dog greet her. Born and raised in Michigan, she studied social science at Michigan Technology University, then lived in Poughkeepsie for 13 years before relocating to North Carolina in 2012. Nikki is still married to her high school sweetheart of 20 years and together they have two teenagers and a rescue mix named Willow. She admits that she’d have “at least five dogs” if she could which is another great reason for her to join the dog walking team in Holly Springs!

Todd is originally from New England, growing up in southern NH. He has been a resident of Holly Springs for over 17 years, where he and his wife raise their two children, along with their “third” child, Hudson, a 2 year old Wheaten Terrier. Todd is an avid runner and active in the community through his peer-lead workout group, F3.

Prior to relocating to NC, Todd provided house sitting and pet sitting services to friends and family in NH for a number of years. He really enjoys meeting new clients and is looking forward to caring for your animals.
