You agree to maintain homeowner’s or renter’s insurance that covers pet-related incidents.

Pet Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet that poses a safety risk to our team members or other animals. If your pet becomes ill or injured during our care, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we may seek veterinary care at your expense. You authorize us to make emergency medical decisions for your pet if you are unreachable.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, pet care inherently involves some risk. Peak City Puppy’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions, injuries resulting from your pet’s own behavior, escape attempts, or incidents beyond our reasonable control.
