Peak City Puppy has taken care of both us and our three pets for years. We work long hours and the daily visits lower the stress of staying late, traffic jams, and errands that need doing on the way home. They are easy to work with, trustworthy and go the extra mile. We get updates and fun notes and stories too.

Peak City has been there for me and my precious pet (Kitty) for several years now. I have always been able to count on them for dependable service. They put me at ease with text messages to let me know they have arrived and even send me pictures from time to time. The employees are SO nice and it's evident that they really care about animals. Hi! After five decades in Arkansas, I moved to High Point, North Carolina, in 2021 and settled in Raleigh in 2023. I love it here! Mom of six grown kids who are spread across five states and grandmother to four teens/pre-teens. During the week, I work remotely in corporate marketing for a software company and also do some freelance copywriting.

Free-time pursuits include walking or riding my bicycle on the greenway, watching college and professional sports, and traveling when I can. Very much looking forward to providing lots of love and care for your fur babies!

Hi there! I’m Jessica Kennicott, a proud Raleigh/Cary native who feels incredibly lucky to have grown up in such a vibrant community. I earned my BFA in Illustration from UNC Charlotte in 2021, which has been the foundation of my work as a Creative Account Lead specializing in graphic and web design. Working remotely has been a wonderful opportunity, and it’s one of the reasons I was drawn to Peak City Puppy.

Spending my days at home can get a little quiet, so I’m excited for the chance to get outside and connect with some playful, lovable animals. I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs, cats, and hamsters, having grown up with them, and I’m looking forward to meeting new breeds I’ve never had the chance to interact with before. At home, I share my space with Simba, my 5-year-old light orange tabby who I adopted from the SPCA of Wake County in May 2024. He’s been a constant source of joy, and I’m eager to share that same love and care with every animal I meet.

My name is Jessica but you can call me Jess. I am originally from California and have recently moved to the Raleigh, NC area back in June of 2023. Before moving here I lived in an RV and traveled all over the state seeing almost all of the National Parks.

I have my own business where I work as a Neuro-Linguistic Programmer (NLP), Family Constellations Facilitator, and a hypnotist. I help people remove their subconscious blocks so they can have more of what they would like in life and less of what they don’t want.

I have had my own two Jack Russell Terriers who have recently passed…. They were the most loving dogs and companions. I grew up with dogs. We had a Sharpie, Husky and a Shiba Inu Mix. I grew up with a parrot, Iguanas, bunnies… it was a zoo… oh and rats too! I absolutely love animals and I love making them happy. And then doing photoshoots with them.
