Christine moved from NY to NC with her husband in 1992. While raising two sons, Christine taught preschool. Looking for a change to go along with the transition of grown children, Christine heard about Peak City Puppy through a friend. It was a great opportunity to have more animals in her life! Dog walking has always been a favorite activity, and her own “SPCA Special”, a hound girl named Cookie, gets walked daily on the greenways in Cary. Dogs are amongst Christine’s favorite people! She thinks it’s wonderful to arrive at a house and have a dog thrilled to see her and get outside. Sharing how cute and comical dogs are with their pet parents is an extra perk! It’s a joy to love on clients’ dogs, although, Cookie does require a sniff down once Christine gets back home.

I am originally from the mountains of North Carolina (Blowing Rock). I have lived in Cary for 30 years. I worked in healthcare for many years which helped me develop excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be a flexible problem solver. I enjoy traveling with my husband, being a grandmother, hiking, gardening, and visiting the mountains as often as possible.
Since I was a young girl, and until just recently, I have always owned at least one dog. We lost our three elderly dogs this past year, and I realized quickly how much I missed having pets in my life. Joining the team at Peak City Puppy will allow me to use my experience with pets to help pet lovers in my community while benefiting from the companionship and exercise caring for dogs provides.

I am originally from New Mexico and moved to North Carolina in 2019 with my husband. We have a Border Collie named Zora who is obsessed with playing fetch and enjoys taking multiple naps a day. I have a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Spanish and have a wide variety of job experience in the non-profit sector in New Mexico, Colorado, and North Carolina.
I truly enjoy interacting with dogs and the companionship they bring. I work part-time at a library and enjoy reading all kinds of books in my spare time. I am an enthusiast of scary movies and long walks with my furry friends.

My name is Savannah and I am a remote tech professional and longtime animal lover born and raised in Cary. I’m also a fur mom to my Pit-Cattle dog mix named Girnobli. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, DIY home projects, traveling and cheering on my favorite hockey team—Go Canes!
I understand the importance of trust and reliability, so when it comes to your furry family members, they will be treated with love like I would my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Christine and her husband moved to NC in 2003. She is an elementary school counselor, has two teenage sons, a chocolate lab named Mae and backyard chickens. Christine has always had a special place in her heart for dogs, so with more time on her hands as her children are growing up, she wants to share that by helping to care for people’s pets. In her free time she enjoys working out at the YMCA, reading, rooting for Ohio State – go Bucks! – as well as spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to showering your pets with love while in her care!

Hi – my name is Kirstin, and I am proud to have joined the Peak City Puppy team! I grew up in New Hill and currently reside in Cary. I was previously a middle school teacher, and I’m excited to turn my attention to caring for the pets in my area.
I have two dogs of my own: Hauser, an 8yo Shih-tzu mix, and Darwin, a 3yo Yorkie, and I’m obsessed with them. Animals deserve every bit of love, and I am so excited that you have trusted me to care for yours!

Hey Everyone, I’m Molly. I moved to Cary, NC in 2009 from California with my Husband and 2 boys. I decided to retire from my job in Human Resources and stay at home with my kids when I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd boy. My two older boys played travel hockey and Lacrosse which kept me on my toes for many years traveling near and far.
We rescued our first fur baby Maddie, a black lab mix from Saving Grace rescue over 11 years ago. We decided our house needed more love 3 years ago, so we rescued our crazy fun loving boxer mix Rocky from Freedom Ride. We could not imagine life without them.
In my free time I love to play hockey, workout and I absolutely love to craft. However, now that my 2 older boys are gone attending school at Virginia Tech it was time to fill some gaps in my day doing something else that would be fulfilling. For as much as we traveled I know how stressful it can be to go away and find care for your fur babies. I look forward to easing your stress and loving on them and taking care of them while you are gone.

Hi, I’m Candi! I’ve lived in Cary for over 20 years and have built a deep appreciation for the area and it all it has to offer. I’m a proud cat mom to three, and I understand just how important it is to find someone who treats your pets like family. I love all animals but have a great understanding of cats with my patience, and ability to read their cues as well as understand their quirks.
When I’m not spending time with animals, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking or baking, getting creative with crafts, or unwinding with some terrible reality TV (the cheesier, the better!). I look forward to spending time with your pet, learning their personality, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.
